Happy Hour Menu – Pretzel Roll Sliders and Martinis
1. Form the ground beef into 6 patties each a little wider than the rolls so that when they cook they end up the size of the roll. Season well with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat a cast iron pan or grill on medium high to high. When hot cook the burgers to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium to medium rare Add the cheese for the last minute of cooking and cover the pan with another pan to melt it (or shut the grill lid).
3. Heat pretzel rolls on the grill, if desired. Assemble burgers on rolls and serve with lettuce, Habanero Spiked Ketchup, and Peperoncini Caper Relish.
1 lb ground beef
1 package of 6 pretzel rolls or slider rolls
4 slices of cheddar
Salt & Pepper
1 recipe Habanero spiked ketchup
1 recipe Creamy Peperoncini Caper Relish
